What this tool does
Reorder PDF Pages rebuilds a document in the order you choose. Useful when a scanner fed pages backwards, when an appendix belongs up front, or when you need a reversed copy. You type the new order and the file is assembled in your browser, with nothing uploaded.
How to use
- Drop a PDF onto the box above — the page count appears below.
- Type the new order, such as 3, 1, 2. Ranges work too: 5-7, 1-4.
- Or click Reverse order for a back-to-front copy.
- Click Reorder pages and download the result.
Notes
- Pages come out in exactly the order you type.
- Any page you leave out is not included in the new file.
- A descending range counts down, so 5-1 gives pages 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to pages I do not mention?
They are left out of the new document. If you want to keep everything, make sure every page appears somewhere in your list — ranges such as 3-10 make that quick.
How do I simply reverse a document?
Click Reverse order, which fills in a descending range for you. You can also type it yourself: for a 10-page file, 10-1.
Can the same page appear twice?
Yes. Listing a page more than once duplicates it in the output, which is occasionally handy for building booklets or handouts.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. The pages are copied into a new document inside your browser, so the file never travels over the network.
